Warum Sie bei uns kaufen sollten

Weil wir nicht nur mit Einrädern handeln, sondern weil Einräder
unser Leben sind! Wir verkaufen nicht mal eben neben Kaffee, Fahrrädern
oder Konservendosen Einräder. Wir verkaufen nur Einräder! Wir
schicken Ihnen nicht nur einfach eine Karton dessen Inhalt uns eigentlich egal
ist, nur weil wir günstig einen Container voll damit in China erworben
haben. Wir suchen uns unsere Produkte nach Funktion und nicht nach Gewinn aus.
Wir öffnen jeden Einrad-Karton und prüfen alles sorgfältig:
Ist Luft drin? Sind alle Schrauben drin? Passt alles? ... Wir lieben es, wenn
Kunden sich verblüfft bedanken, dass alles so schnell da war, dass alles
super gepasst hat oder für die gute Beratung per Mail und am Telefon.
Natürlich ärgern wir unsere Kunden auch mal, in dem wir nicht ans
Telefon gehen. Aber was ist Ihnen lieber? Ein riesen Unternehmen mit einer Frau
XY im Callcenter, immer innerhalb 15 Sekunden zu erreichen, nicht mal wissend
was ein Einrad ist? Oder ein kleiner Familienbetrieb der eben auch Kunden
im Laden betreut und dabei nicht ans Telefon kann? Dafür rennen wir auch
mal quer durchs Lager, mit Ihnen am Funktelefon, um doch noch den letzten gewünschten
Reifen aus dem Regal zu zaubern.
Wir kennen uns aus! Petra ist selbst Mutter und weiß was Kinder
wünschen. Roland ist aktiver Einradfahrer und Deutscher Meister
2007 (Soli, München) in verschiedenen Einraddisziplinen.

Petra ist
bei jeder Aktion von Roland dabei. Und hat dann viel Zeit sich mit den
Leuten zu unterhalten und zu sehen wo die Probleme und Wünsche von
Einradfahrern liegen. Petra ist die gute Seele von municycle.com. Sie
trifft man am Telefon an oder wird gut betreut wenn man vorbei kommt.

Petra fährt nicht selbst Einrad und kann somit alles mit neutralen

Roland hat
die Technik unter sich. Hält den Webshop am laufen, baut die Laufräder
und Einräder und weiß welche Probleme bei welchen Einrädern
vorkommen können und merzt die Fehler vor dem Versand aus.
Roland fährt schon immer Rad - Rennrad, Mountain Bike, Mountain
Bike Trial, Downhill. Seit einigen Jahren Einrad. Vor allem Tour, Muni
und Unitrial. Er testet viele Teile auch selbst und war auch Testfahrer
für die Qu-ax Vielzahn Naben / Kurbeln.

Angelika hilft Petra besonders Vormittags um möglichst
alles fertig zu haben wenn unser Paketdienst die Pakete holt.
David ist aktiver Einradfahrer und
Einradtrainer in beim UFC Ellingen. Sein Bezug zum Einrad ist uns besonder wichtig.
Er kümmert sich um Spezialaufgaben und auch Alltägliches.
Gerhard unsere Grafiker und Mann für alle
Fälle. Als Mann vom Fach ist es für Ihn ein leichtes mit DPI, CMYK
und Vektoren zu jonglieren. Auf manchen Conventions sieht man ihn an unserem
Stand stehen und erledigt so manchen "Mechaniker-Auftrag". Er hilft
uns unser Lager in Schuß zu halten und hilft im Versand. Oft trifft man
Ihn tagsüber am Telefon an.
Klaus ist unsere Teilzeitkraft und hilft uns regelmäßig die
Bestellspitzenzeiten zu bewältigen. So können wir immer schnell versenden.
Als penibler Pedant ist er genau richtig in unserem Lager und Versand.

 Roger
Davies - One of the UK's top riders with over 25 years of
experience of riding unicycles. He was one of the prime movers in the
world wide mountain unicycling scene in the early 1990's and was the creator
of the famous Carbon Fibre unicycle. Roger has competed at UNICON (the
unicycle world championships) for the last 9 years winning medals in freestyle,
in racing over 400m, 800m, 1500m, the Muni and the Marathon. He is the
current world champion of the longest race, the Unlimited Marathon - yes,
he still beats the kids! He has also competes regularly against bikes
on his unicycle in off road events such as The Polaris Challenge and The
Mountain Mayhem 24 hour races. Other events he has been involved with
include "Ride Across Minnesota" and the Sustrans C2C ride. He
can be found at most of the UK's unicycle and juggling events.

 Miark
- Rather infamous in the UK juggling and unicycle scene. He is one of
those infuriating people who you show a trick to and he then not only
does it, but shows you one better! With over 10 years experience as a
juggler and unicyclist he is a mine of useful knowledge. Miark is our
juggling specialist if you have any questions about our range of juggling
related equipment.

 Rachael
- A graduate of Circomedia in Bristol. She was first spotted juggling
in the street in the local town... So she has now joined the company and
is a fantastic all rounder who has specialised in aerial and juggling
although she is also a competent unicyclist. A great addition to the team
- she also loves chocolate so fits in really well!.

The Unicycle Source was conceived as a one-stop shop for unicycles and cycling
accessories, by unicyclists. Launched March 31, 1999, its partners include
John and Amy Drummond, John Foss and Roger Davies. The ´Source´ team is
also honoured by its associations with today´s premiere unicyclists Kris
Holm, Dustin Kelm and David Poznanter.
"We try out products ourselves. When products (and their manufacturers)
impress us, we list them in our catalogue. We´re constantly looking for

is a manic Muni rider of immense skill (beating our Roger by one place in
the downhill race in 2002!), Peter who is known world wide as a superb all
rounder (don´t mess with this guy he is good!) and Steve, who is a two wheel
unicycle rider and their web specialist (very, very clever guy, check their
site).

They are also heavily involved in developing the unicycle club scene in
